In Meditation 101 learn the basics of mindfulness, how to rest in awareness and overcome hindrances in practice.  Balancing mindfulness and relaxation, the meditator is guided to rest at the center of the body, a location within the abdomen from which immense brightness, happiness, and stillness emerges.  This class is 1 hour long.

In the Dhammakaya Meditation class, we sit for an hour in silence using mantra, visualization or mindfulness of breathing at the center of the body and conclude the sitting period with the sharing of loving-kindness followed by a dharma talk.
